Absinthe bar protocol

Oh, now that I'm thinking about the absinthe bar, we need some sort of protocol to handle it. Preparation is slow, and there should be a lot of people, and only 1 bottle to go around, so we need to come up with a distribution method that's completely unfair and biased.

I'd like to have someone to act as the absinthe fairy who will pick who gets each glass. This should probably be a different person each night, and we can just pick them there at the moment. Maybe I'll make some special wings or a wand for it or something.

Obviously we, the Angel Fairies From Venus all get a glass first, then anyone bringing ice, water, alcohol or whatever gets a glass, then we pick arbitrarily, one at a time, until the bottle is empty. The acting absinthe fairy is encouraged to solicit bribes and generally be as blatantly unfair as possible to such an extreme that it loops back around and somehow make the process fair on the cosmic level.

Parade Schedule

I'd like to try to do the Angel & Fairy parade every day about an hour before sundown. That way, we could wander around gathering anyone wearing wings, then march them all back to the camp for absinthe. This makes them technically our friends, so the bar is not considered public, which avoids possible legal issues (blech).

It would be nice if we could consistently do the parade every day, but I'm not guaranteeing anything.

I'm thinking a good route would be to start at the 3:00 plaza, and march over to the 9:00 plaza, then back to camp. We could march down different streets, as well, probably depending on the whim of whoever's in front. I think it's about a mile or so, so it will probably take an hour or two.
